Kmoxx LLC is accountable for the payments which are directly accepted from our registered website or the modes of payments offered; payments made in any other mode or to any person representing as The Rich Clan / Kmoxx / The Rich Clan / Kmoxx employee will not be entertained as well are not company’s responsibility.
By funds transfer we mean:
When funds are moved from your primary deposit wallet to secondary / purchase wallet or vice versa.
Post funds are withdrawn / transferred from secondary / purchase wallet after making deposit and before receiving cashback it will be considered as cancellation and balance funds will be credited post adjustment of the cancellation charges as applicable if any.
Once cash-back is received in secondary / purchase wallet and it is withdrawn to primary wallet will be termed as “transfer of funds” and not cancellation.
Once fund transferred to purchase / secondary wallet becomes the part of the cash-back program.
Till the time funds are parked in primary wallet they’re not entitled / eligible to receive any cash-back neither are part of any of Kmoxx’s programs.
Once funds transferred to purchase wallet, that amount can only be used purchasing products and services from www.kmoxx.com marketplace.
Any products purchase from www.kmoxx.com please refer to return / cancellation policy.
Once cash-back received it can be transferred to primary wallet. From primary wallet it can be used for creating new purchase / secondary wallet or withdrawing (link it to funds withdrawal policy) it to your bank account with help of various withdrawal option available.
Once loyalty benefits received if any, can to be moved from secondary / purchase wallet to primary wallet.
Transfer of cash-back / loyalty benefits received is not considered as withdrawal / cancellation of wallet.
Once funds deposited in primary wallet can be withdrawn within 10 days cancellation period under no question asked policy.
Post 10 days if funds are withdrawn it may attract any withdrawal / bank transfer fee if any.
Kmoxx is only providing the platform to bridge the gap between “service provider” and “consumer” and is not the actual service provider. In event of any scheduling / re-scheduling / concern / dispute it needs to resolve with service providing business.
